Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options for US customers:
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days (where available)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Multiple Packages Some orders may ship in separate packages depending on the items ordered. You may receive your items at different times — don't worry, the rest of your order is on its way!
International Shipping At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand shipping destinations in the future.
Delays Occasionally, shipping may be delayed due to high order volumes, weather, or other factors outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed.
