Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love everything you order from Canyon Rose Co. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

1. Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on where to send your item.

2. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

3. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider first, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received it, contact us.

5. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
